- General Rules
- Guest understands to be fully responsible for the cost of any damages sustained to the property, décor or its contents during the stay; this includes the moving of items to another property, for breakages or for any excessive cleaning charges incurred during the stay.
- Smoking is not permitted in any accommodation.
- Guests may only smoke outside the accommodation where specified.
- All descriptions given on the website(s) are made in good faith and the owner(s) accept no liability whatsoever for errors or omissions.
- The reservation is accepted and confirmed only for the number of guests the booking is made for. Additional guests will be charged as per the resort policy. The Farmville reserves the right to cancel the reservation if additional guests are added without prior consent.
- No guest shall create or permit to exist any nuisance. Please respect the rights of the neighbours by restricting sound and noise to a reasonable volume.
- Cooking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited.
- The Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older , below 21 years should be accompanied by an adult above 21 years of age.
- Keys must be returned in person to representative upon departure. If lost, guest agrees to pay for locks to be re-keyed.
- Guest acknowledges that neither The Farmville nor the Owner of the Property’s insurance covers any of Guest’s or Guest’s invitees’ personal property, including vehicles, against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause, except for injury or damage caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of The Farmville or the Owner of the Property.
- Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is at 12 noon and check-out is at 10am.
- Check out time is 10 am please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability . If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room or inform an additional day tariff will be automatically charged.
- However availability of rooms are not guaranteed
- Reservation Policy
- You can conveniently make your bookings online via our website or simply send us an email.
- Before sending us your booking, please check that all of the information you have provided is correct and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information can result in an wrong booking for which we take no responsibility.
- A prepayment is required to secure your reservation Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a reservation confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes.
- Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a prepayment means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
- National ID must be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so would result in no acceptance/check-in.
- Bookings via booking websites like MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, Booking.com is subject to our terms and conditions. Additional nights will be charged at the current hotel tariff.
- Tariff
- The tariff is for the room inclusive of any government taxes.
- Meals and other services are available at extra cost.
- Price adjustments, however, may occur without prior notice.
- Bookings that have already been confirmed remain valid and are excluded from possible price adjustments.
- Settlement Of Bills
- The full payment of accommodation must be made in advance, at least 2 (two) weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid on time, the booking will be cancelled. The initial down payment will not be refunded.
- Personal cheques will be accepted only after clearance. The Farmville only accepts payments by bank transfers / Gpay or by cash upon check-in.
- Advance payment will automatically be dedcuted from the total amount. For NO SHOWS deposit will be forfeited. The Farmville reserves the right to cancel guests reservation if deposit has not been received on agreed date and time as stated on the confirmation letter received by email.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Securing a reservation with a advance payment means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
Individual booking:
- Reservation will be held upto 3hrs.from the intimated time of arrival, if not guaranteed. Booking can be guaranteed by paying 100% advance.
2.Cancellation of all guaranteed reservation should be done 72 hours prior to arrival for full refund.
- One night retention charge will apply for No show or late cancellation.
- One night charge applicable for early check in( mention time eg before 8 am) and late checkout( eg after 3 pm).
Group booking ( A booking will be considered as group if the number of rooms are 05 or more ):
- Reservation will be held upto 3hrs.from the intimated time of arrival, if not guaranteed. Booking can be guaranteed by paying 100% advance.
2.Cancellation of all guaranteed reservation should be done 14 days prior to arrival for full refund.
- There will be no refund for group bookings for No show or late cancellation.
- One night charge applicable for early check in( mention time eg before 8 am) and late checkout( eg after 3 pm).
Early Departures
- Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your intended stay.
- We do not issue refunds or credits for flight/bus/car/boat/train cancellations, due to any circumstances.
- There are no refunds for early checkouts.
- There are no refunds due to bad weather or any hindrance caused due to nature.
- The Farmville is not liable for any other costs, evacuation or inconveniences caused due to nature
- No exceptions are made to our cancellation policy, including personal emergencies or governmental issues.
- Guest’s Belongings
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. No electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
- Swimmingpool Rules and Regulations
The following rules and regulations have been established for the benefit of all users of the swimming facilities to assure the safe operation of the pools and to provide enjoyable recreational opportunities for all. Customers are requested to cooperate in observing these rules and to obey the instructions. Customers violating swimming rules are subject to the revocation of their swimming privileges.
General Rules / Admission Policies
- Swimming pool is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- No one will be allowed in the swimming area unless the pool is officially open to ensure saftey of our guests.
- No Lifeguard on duty. All guests using the pool do this at their own risk.
- The responsability for the children, their conduct and safety lies within the parents or guardians and not by The Farmville staff.
- No one under age of fourteen (14) should enter the pool area without being accompanied by an adult who knows how to swim.
- Parents/Guardians/Supervisors (at least 18 years of age) must ACTIVELY SUPERVISE their children and keep young non-swimmers (seven years of age and under) with them.
- The Farmville will not be responsible for personal property or valuables at any time or the loss of it when using the pool.
- Hazardous Goods
Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’s own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
- Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Limitation of Liability
The Farmville and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure and/or services in the Property.
The Farmville and/or the Owner do not accept liability for lost or stolen personal property of the Guest from the Property during the stay period. In the event that property of the Guest is lost or stolen, the Guest should advise The Farmville first, and then contact the appropriate authority to report the lost or stolen items.
The Farmvilleand/or the Owner accept no liability for personal loss or injury to the Guest during the stay period.
The Guest must ensure that children are supervised at all times. It is the policy of The Farmville that all children under the age of 21 years are not left in the room un-supervised at any time during the stay period.
Games, toys, baby furniture/equipment, strollers, rental cribs are used at guests’ own risk. Young children must be supervised at all times.
The Farmvilleand/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure and/or services.
The Guests understand that there is no lifeguard on duty and it is a major condition of this reservation that the use of the resort and pool is entirely at the guest’s risk.
All guests understand and agree that neither the property owner nor property manager can accept responsibility whatsoever in case of accident or illness whilst on the property.
The Farmville does not accept liability for acts of violence, nature, fire, flood, war, civil disobedience, riot, or other force majeure that may have a deleterious effect on the Guest. We cannot accept any liability for the failure of public supplies such as water, electricity, BBQ, gas or telephone/internet supplies.
There will be no credit given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason and no credit given for cancellation due to weather conditions.
Failure to comply with any of the terms herein, will at the sole discretion of the Company, result in the eviction of the Guest from the Property, without recompense or refund. There may be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation, in which the property might not be available for your reservation. Examples of these, but are not limited to, destruction of property, sale of property, water, gas or sewer leaks, fire or any other damage to the property making it inhabitable or potentially inhabitable.
In the event of Force Majeure, The Farmville will do their best to make alternative arrangements are not acceptable to you, then we will refund the amount paid. If the guest accepts the alternative accommodation, they agree to re-locate back to the original property when it is deemed available. This will be the full extent of our liability to you and we will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, howsoever arising.
The Farmville and its employees shall not liable for any damages caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with:
- Any delays or cancellations. In the event of a traveler becoming ill during a vacation, or having to cut their vacation short, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Monetary crises, social unrest, political or labor problems, economic changes, electrical outages due to weather, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties, for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of Nature (floods, mudslides, earthquakes), flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labour disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, or weather conditions, diseases or epidemics/pandemics, novel or unexpected conditions and local laws.
- Loss of items for losses incurred when rooms are not locked.
- Managements’s Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort . The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
- Government rules and regulations and application of laws
Guest are requested to observe , abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO , OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT .
